LOWELL — Renewable energy developer David Blittersdorf suspended plans today for two large wind turbines on his Kidder Hill property.
Nick Charyk, spokesman for Kidder Hill Community wind, said the developer’s other Northeast Kingdom wind project, on a single large turbine for Dairy Air Farm in Holland, is still seeking a state permit.
